Easter is sunday, you know what that means...

So.... yeah. My mom has been in the kitchen cooking and baking right to left. We are going to have a family reunion for Easter sunday. Boy oh boy, I hear Mia already calling my name. I've given up on Mia because she rotted my back teeth. But..... this might be an emergency because my mama sure can cook, let me tell you that! We come from a Ukrainian heritage and the apron, so to speak, has been passed on from my great-grandma, to my grandma, to my mom...... to ME? OMG, hell ya! I love making healthy dinners, or what not. You name it. I never follow recipes, I write my own! LOL So, anyhow, back to the topic. As I have already wrote in the last blog, I have been consuming about 1,000 calories a day. Today is my juice fast day. I bought Bolthouse soy chai. It has 32 grams of protein! I also had a non-fat frappe, just to give me energy for this long day. We have church tonight with choir practice because the youth choir is singing with the older one. So.... I'll try to keep it under 1,200 cals since its only liquids. I want to work out for an hour after work, before church. So, for sunday, I dunno what I wanna do. Don't have a plan. It's either WATCH how much calories I consume or..... I shall have a brief encounter with Mia. We shall see. Here is some nicole Ritchie Thinspo

So, I have been doing 1,000 cals a day

Yes, I have been doing 1,000 calories a day. I started monday and guess what? I'm down two nasty pounds!!!! Yeah! It's been like cherios, soy milk and a fruit for breakfast, apple for snack, high fiber oatmeal for lunch (10 friggin grams of fiber baby!), and another fruit for snack, then a salad (spinach, skim cheese, avocado, chicken) and fat free balsamic vinaigrette. Then If I get hungry before bed, I have tea with a little bit of organic honey. I'm loving it!!!
But, I am still a fat piece of lard. So.... last night I hit the gym, and was watching Pirates of the Caribbean. Dam is Kierra Knightly hot!!! Skinny ass! Ugh, I love her to the bones! So, as I did the Nautilus Elliptical, I burned 720 calories! Yeah! Burn Baby, BURN!!!!!!!
Im drinking about 65 Oz of water a day, too. I also like to put in a packet of Emergen-C in it. (only 25 cal. a packet.) Oh, did I mention to you that I'm going to UK? Yeah, I'm flying out the 15th of april for 3 weeks. I gotta look hella GOOD! So, probably all liquids tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Here we go

So here I am, 28 pounds heavier, disgusted with myself, ashamed, nowhere to go, no one to turn to.... except my lovely ana. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of being a fat ass. I'm almost 5'3" and weigh.... are you ready? You'll never believe me.... 138 lbs.! A frikkin 138 lardy fat ass pounds. So, I decided that with this blog, with ana, and your support, I will reach my first goal of 125, then 118, then 110, just like i used to be four years ago. So lovely skinny bitches... I shall inform you of my work and weightless...  If that shall fail.... then who knows, I shouldn't live at all. Might as well die now than die an even fatter ass. Love ya'll, and starve on!
