Hello there skinny beauties!!!!! Ana is baaaack!!
Hello, hello! I came back a few days ago. It was awesome!!!! But..... with everything there is a price tag, and I gained a few nasty pounds. Ugh, but I went to the gym yesterday for 2 hours and burned 735 calories! Yay! But, I gotta get back on serious track. I missed this site. I love writing here, It keeps me motivated and keeps my mind off food. My aunt up in Uk always made me eat, she is an awesome cook, but please ma'am, can you NOT put fat on everything! Dang, seriously they like put fat and bacon on ham! LOL, but I made excuses that I felt sick and stuff, so I barely ate meat. But the sweets..... devil made me do it. So, now I gotta restrict. I'm gonna take it one day at a time because I don't want to loose it fast then gain even more.... been there, done that. Not a good experience. So..... yesterday I has an egg with whole wheat toast and green tea with honey for breakfast, apple for snack, salad for lunch, beef soup an apple and banana for dinner (after a nice work out.) I love watching a movie while jogging, it completely keeps me distracted. So ya, that kind of sums it up. I'm about 135 lbs right now. I gotta loose at least 15 pounds before July!
